Terms of service
Terms of use of the partner portal
Version dated 13 September 2026.
1. Provider and contact details
The darnox.com website and the associated partner portal are operated by “ДАРНОКС” ООД (DARNOX OOD), company identification number (EIK) 103853524, entered in the Commercial Register and Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities maintained by the Registry Agency. Registered office and management address: Bulgaria, Varna 9000, Odesos district, 8 Baba Rada St., floor 1, apartment 1.
For questions about the portal and partner access: orders@darnox.com, telephone +359 2 4838383. For general correspondence: info@darnox.com. The warehouse at 9 Perperikon St., Varna 9023, is a separate service address and is not the management address.
2. Purpose and current status
The portal is intended for business partners and their authorised representatives for activities connected with their business. These terms govern the use of the website and partner account, including orders.darnox.com.
Approved partners with ordering access can submit requests through the portal. No payment is collected when a request is submitted. Signing in to an account and adding products to the cart do not, in themselves, constitute an order, reservation or conclusion of a purchase contract. These terms do not amend contracts entered into separately with DARNOX. DARNOX confirms prices, available quantities and the delivery date before fulfilment. Receiving a request does not mean the order has been accepted.
Sections 8–10 describe the confirmed commercial terms for partners. Publishing them does not amend existing contracts.
3. Partner access and sign-in
Access to partner functions requires approval by DARNOX, association with the specific company and confirmed individual partner terms. The representative must be authorised to act on behalf of that company and must provide accurate and up-to-date details.
To sign in, you enter an email address and use the one-time code sent to it by Shopify. A separate permanent password for the portal is not required. Verification of an email address does not, in itself, entitle you to partner prices or ordering and does not determine the applicable partner terms.
The session may be retained in the device's browser, but this does not guarantee permanent sign-in. A new code may be required when the session expires, after signing out, after clearing browser data or for an additional verification. Do not share sign-in codes. Protect access to your work email and device, and sign out when using someone else's device or a publicly accessible device.
Notify us immediately of a change of representative or email address, an employee's departure or suspected unauthorised access. If your partner terms are incorrect or your access is restricted, you can request a review at orders@darnox.com.
4. Permitted use
Use the account only for the business of the company for which it was provided. Impersonation, use of another person's account without permission, circumvention of access restrictions, attempts to obtain other people's data, and actions that compromise the security or operation of the website are not permitted. Commercial use by approved partners, including in connection with the resale of goods, is not prohibited by these terms.
We may restrict or terminate partner access if authority to represent the company has ended, there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, these terms have been breached, or security requires it. The measure must be proportionate to the specific risk. Where permitted and where this does not jeopardise security or a legally required investigation, we notify the affected partner and provide an opportunity to clarify the circumstances.
5. Personal data and communications
Information about the processing of personal data, recipients, retention periods, cookies and your rights is available in the Privacy Policy.
Sign-in codes and necessary security and service communications are separate from marketing emails. Subscription to news and offers is voluntary and is not a condition of access. Consent to marketing can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.
6. Website operation and liability
If you encounter a technical problem or an inaccuracy, notify us using the contact details provided. Temporary interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons are possible. This text does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and does not remove rights under a separately concluded contract.
7. Changes and applicable law
The current version of these terms is available on this page and can be saved or printed through your browser. We provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting the use of active partner accounts. A change to the published text does not, in itself, amend contracts already concluded or replace separate consent where this is required.
Bulgarian law applies, without excluding mandatory rules that protect the person concerned. Questions that arise should first be referred to the contacts above for clarification, without limiting the right to complain to a competent authority or seek judicial protection. The description “business portal” does not remove mandatory consumer rights if they apply under the particular circumstances and the law.
8. Prices, payment and delivery
Partner prices follow the individual terms confirmed by DARNOX. Displayed prices are in euros and include VAT. For products sold by the pack, orders are calculated using the partner price per pack and the number of packs. The price per m² and recommended retail price are separate reference figures. For products sold in another unit, the expressly displayed unit applies.
Prices and available quantities are subject to final confirmation by DARNOX when accepting the order. If anything changes, we will ask for your agreement before fulfilment. An automatic acknowledgement of a request does not confirm its acceptance or fulfilment.
Payment methods, any deferred-payment period and the credit limit are agreed individually for each partner. Where cash payment is available, it is accepted only where legally permitted; applicable restrictions must not be circumvented by splitting payments. An unspecified limit does not mean unlimited credit. An agreed limit is not a statement of available credit or current amounts outstanding; these are checked when the order is confirmed.
Delivery to the customer's address is included in DARNOX prices. Warehouse collection can be arranged. There is no universal fixed delivery lead time: the date is agreed according to availability and the customer's requested delivery or collection date. These delivery rules apply to all partners.
9. Returns of goods without defects
Partners may return goods within three months after purchase, provided the packaging is intact and unopened and the goods remain in good saleable condition. The customer pays transport for this return. The same conditions apply to all partners.
Contact DARNOX before sending goods so that we can agree the items, quantities and return address. The financial settlement is clarified after the returned goods and purchase documents have been checked. This voluntary commercial return is separate from a defect claim: the three-month period, unopened-packaging requirement and transport-cost rule do not restrict applicable rights concerning defects.
10. Claims and warranties
Notify DARNOX promptly when you identify a problem. Provide your company, the product, quantity, a purchase document if available, and a description of the problem. Photographs of the goods, packaging and batch help the assessment, but their absence does not prevent an initial notification.
Instructions and a form are available on the Claims and returns page. You may also notify us at orders@darnox.com. Receipt of a claim is not an automatic admission of a defect or a promise of a particular remedy. DARNOX reviews the case and agrees the necessary next steps with the partner.
Any commercial warranty applies according to the specific product and the manufacturer's documentation; no uniform warranty period is promised for the entire catalogue. A commercial warranty and this procedure do not exclude liability for defects or other rights arising under applicable law or the contract.
